We Call 4 A Recall
Mission: Our mission is to recall Ordinance 2023-002 (“Abortion Pill” ordinance) recently enacted by the Edgewood Town Commission based on the 1873 Comstock Law.
Vision: We strive for a peaceful and welcoming town where elected officials respect the diverse social and political views of all residents and who avoid engaging in highly divisive political issues that are governed at the state and federal level.
Who we are: We are Edgewood residents and supporters. We are Independents, Democrats, and Republicans. We come from all faiths and walks of life, all generations, and varied income and educational levels. We are working together, as a constructive community of residents, because we love our town and support freedom!
What we do: Engage in activities that lead to the recall of Ordinance 2023-002 and a Town Commission dedicated to a focus on Edgewood’s needs, not national issues.
How we do it: By working to reverse Ordinance 2023-002 voted in by the town commission and, instead, seek a more inclusive process that serves the entire town.
